Do I need an IKEA design before scheduling an appointment with you?
Nope, not strictly necessary. But... if you want a ballpark figure right away, a rough layout helps. A scribble on a napkin works, or go wild with the IKEA planner.

Can I only have you create a design, and get the fronts elsewhere?
Sure thing! A design session + 3D drawing is €250. Revisions? First one's on us, after that it's €75 a pop.
Can I get your fronts for a kitchen that is not from IKEA or KVIK?
Right now we focus on IKEA Metod + Faktum and KVIK kitchens. Got something else? We *can* do custom fronts, but you'll need to measure everything yourself and drill the hinge holes. Handy with tools? Go for it.
I don't need a design from you and want to order directly, is that possible?
We always schedule a Design Meeting to make sure everything fits like a glove. Already got your IKEA plan sorted? Then we'll fly through it. Book your slot here. We ask for a €250 deposit, which we'll deduct from your final order.
Lead times + Payments
What is your lead time?
Depends on your flavor. Usually between 6 and 16 weeks. Give us a ring for the exact timing on your favorite material.
Do you have a minimum order value?
Yes, we start our machines for orders from €2,500. Existing customer needing a top-up? No problem, though we charge a small €250 fee for orders under €2.5k.
What are your payment terms?
We hit 'go' on production once the (down) payment is in. The rest needs to be settled before delivery day.
How much does such a BABOON kitchen cost?
We do the sexy parts (fronts, worktops, panels) on an IKEA or KVIK base. The total damage? Depends on your choices. Appliances, layout, finish... it all adds up. Check our prices and process here.

Where are your fronts and countertops produced?
Designed, sourced, cut, and crafted right here in the Netherlands. From scratch to finish. And yeah, we're pretty proud of that :)
Do you provide a warranty?
Absolutely! Three years on all fronts and worktops. We'll do whatever it takes to keep you smiling ;)
Do you also provide installation services?
Nope, we're designers, not builders. You (or your contractor) handle the install. Don't worry, our fronts come pre-drilled, so it's basically LEGO for grown-ups. The IKEA manual is your best friend here.
Are there charges for transportation?
Pick up at our Lijnden warehouse? Free. Delivery to your doorstep? €55 if you're within 40km of Amsterdam. Further out? €95. Note: our driver delivers to the ground floor only.
